How to Add and Edit System Speed Dial Numbers

Do not lift the handset!

1. Press Transfer

2. Dial 200 1234 1

3. Press Transfer

4. Press Transfer (again)

5. Dial 705

6. Use Volume arrows to scroll from 500 to 700
Note: Speed dial numbers are stored in Locations 500 to 700
To add or edit a phone number…

7. Press the first button left of the Scroll button

8. Dial phone number or press Hold to erase

9. Press the first button left of the Scroll button to store.

10. Repeat steps 6, 7, 8, and 9 or Press Transfer if finished

2. Dial 200 1234 1

3. Press Transfer

4. Press Transfer (again)

5. Dial 706

6. Use Volume arrows to scroll from 500 to 700

To add or edit a name…

7. Press the first button left of the Scroll button

8. Dial name using dial pad or press Hold to erase
Note: Use Volume arrows to go left or right

9. Press the first button left of the Scroll button to store.

10. Repeat steps 6, 7, 8, and 9 or Press Transfer if finished

1. Select a free line or dial 9

2. Press the memory button

3. Dial 3 digit speed dial location (500 to 700)

4. Wait for answer

1. Press Transfer

2. Dial 200 1234 1

3. Press Transfer

4. Press Transfer (again)

5. Dial 505

Enter 1 digit day of week, 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 2 digit year: 2 digit hour, 2 digit minute

Example: 10407030900=Monday, April 7, 2003, 9am
Example: 20408031300=Tuesday, April 8, 2003, 1pm
Press Transfer when finished

Do not lift the handset!

1. Press Transfer

2. Dial 104

3. Use dial pad to select letters. User volume up and down buttons to go forward or to go back.

4. Press Transfer after completing name to save.
