Programming The Panasonic DBS System
Before you begin any programming please note the
following.
The # button is used as an enter key. Make sure to use it
after every
programming step.
Time: Must
be performed from extension 0, 10 or 100.
Must enter time in military format:
Start by pressing the the on/off button.
Press the PROG button.
Dial # #
Press the the FF 1 (see diagram above)
Press the # button
Press 2 # for time..
Dial the 2 digit hour and 2 digit minute (press # ).
Example: enter 1000# for 10 AM or 1300# for 1 PM.
Finish by pressing the on/off button.

Date: Must be performed from extension 0, 10 or 100.
Start by pressing the the on/off button.
Press the PROG button.
Dial # #
Press the the FF 1 (see diagram above)
Press the # button
Press 1 # for date.
Dial the 2 digit month, 2 digit day, and 2 digit year (press # ).
Finish by pressing the on/off button.

Name Change:
Must be performed from extension 0, 10 or 100.
Start by pressing the the ON/OFF
button.
Press the PROG button.
DIAL: # 2
(yes, the pound sign and the number
2)
Press AUTO
Dial the extension port number (Example: extension 10 is port 01,
extension 11 is port 02 and so on)....
Press: The AUTO button
7 times to fully backspace
Now you ready to enter name:
Dial each letter using the dial pad. (Press FLASH after each letter).
Note: the FLASH button is used as forward space and the AUTO
is
used as back space.
Press: HOLD
Press: ON/OFF when finished
REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS FOR EACH NAME
YOU WANT TO STORE.

Storing System Speed Dial Numbers
Press: ON
Press: PROG
Press: AUTO
Dial Bin Number: 000 TO 199
Press: CONF
Dial: 9
Dial Phone Number
Press: HOLD
EXAMPLE: 000 IS CONF 9 555-1212, 001 IS CONF 9 555-1313 AND SO ON...
Repeat the above steps for each number you would like to store.

Press: AUTO 7 times to fully back space.
Dial letters using dial pad.
Press: FLASH after each letter.
Example: (TELEXCEL) For the letter T, dial the 8 button once, then press flash, for
the letter E, dial the 3 button twice, then press flash,
for the letter L, dial the 5 button 3 times, and so on.
NOTE: Make sure you press FLASH after each letter, including the last letter.
Press: HOLD
Press: ON/OFF when finished.
