If Outlook is running on the PC where you’ll be installing (or uninstalling) VIP, close Outlook before proceeding.
Download the following file and save it into an empty folder on either your PC or your network’s file server:
VIP 3.16.4 — VIP_3_16_04.exe (13,938,688 bytes)

Note:

If your Windows Explorer Views setting is the Microsoft default, you won’t see the .exe extension (or other extensions). Because the ability to see extensions is an aid in detecting viruses (some of which use fake extensions in front of real ones that otherwise might not appear), we suggest you alter this setting so that your Windows Explorer view does show file extensions. For information on doing so, click 3.
Open the folder and double-click on VIP_3_16_04.exe (or VIP_3_16_04).
When the Self-Extractor window appears, click on Unzip. This will extract the VIP installation files to the same folder.
When the extraction is complete, double-click Setup.exe (or Setup) to launch the VIP Installer.
If the VIP Installer prompts you to Repair or Remove VIP, this means that VIP is already installed on this PC. In that case:
1. Select the Remove button (it will mention your installed VIP version) and click Finish.
2. When the removal is complete, repeat step 5 and, this time, click Install to install VIP.
