Single Line Cordless Phone Tips:

To make an intercom call, go off hook and dial extension.
To access a free outside line DIAL 9
To access an outline directly, DIAL 8801 for line 1, 8802 for line 2, and so on…To place a call on hold, PRESS flash To get back the held call,
PRESS flashTo transfer a call, PRESS flash, dial extension number, wait for answer, announce call, hang up. Or PRESS flash, dial extension number, hang up.
Redial: Dial 9, PRESS flash dial 89
To take a call off hold from another extension, dial the outside line access code.
Example: Line 1 is on hold on a system phone. Dial 8801 to retrieve it.
Page: Dial #01, announce page.
If you want to put a call on hold and page, do the following: PRESS flash, dial #01, announce page, hang up.
To answer a second call, PRESS flash, PRESS flash again to go back to the first caller.

Tip: If your on a call using the cordless phone and would like to transfer the call to a multi-line phone, press flash, then pick up flashing held call on the multi-line phone.

Tip: If your on a call using a multi-line phone and would like to transfer the call to a cordless phone, press hold. Go off hook on the cordless phone and dial the line access code of the held call.

Example: Your on the line with a caller using a multi-line phone, press hold, and note which line is held (line 1 for example). Go off hook on the cordless, and dial 8801 to retrieve the held call.
