From any Panasonic DBS (in office) phone do the following:
    Press the on\off button.
    Dial 50 or 500
    Wait for the voice mail system to answer.
    As soon as it answers, dial *999#999# then 883
    Listen to instructions.
    Press the on/off button when finished
